Use this form if you are already a PTODC member
This form is for current members paying the lighting fee for the upcoming term. New members should complete the membership form instead.
Use the lighting levy form if:
- You are already a PTODC member
- You are enrolling for another term
- You can pay for obedience, agility, or both
- Membership runs from October to September
